How it works
The exhibitor creates a room from any phone browser, uploads a product glossary once, and prints the room QR code for the booth.
No app, no account. The guest scans, chooses from 20+ caption languages, and is in the room in under ten seconds.
Push-to-talk captions in both languages. Whenever price, quantity or lead time comes up, both sides confirm the original figure on screen. One tap afterwards produces bilingual minutes and a follow-up draft.

Policies
Unused room hours are refundable in full at any time during the show period. Partially used packages are refunded pro-rata on unused full hours.
If a verified technical failure on our side makes the service unusable for more than 30 minutes, the affected hours are refunded in full. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
To request a refund, contact support with your order number. Disputes are handled with full service logs.
Opening a room requires the host to confirm that participants have been informed and consented. Guest links carry one-time tokens that expire when the room ends.
Raw audio is automatically deleted within 24 hours. Text transcripts and minutes are retained under the host's account until deleted by the host. We do not use customer conversations to train public models.

Tarjim provides AI-assisted interpretation and transcription. All AI output is draft information: prices, quantities, lead times, payment terms and certifications must be confirmed by both parties on the original wording shown on screen. Tarjim does not make quotations, does not commit to delivery terms, and is not a party to any transaction between users.
Liability for interpretation errors is limited to the service fee paid for the affected period. Service availability targets apply to show core hours and exclude the customer's own network conditions.
